Great care and attention are also given to the painting process, thanks to special cycles aiming to provide maximum protection, reliability and durability.
Sanding is always the first process of the treatment, according to the different characteristics of parts, followed by cleaning blowing, washing and drying processes.
A manual strip coat is carried out with spray guns and blowers on parts presenting “difficult areas” as a precautionary measure.
The process goes on with a first coat, liquid or powder according to the structure’s type and use, followed by a drying-in-oven phase.
Last cycle phase is made of epoxy powders painting, in variable layers of 200-250 micron thickness, with a final in-oven finishing.
